INTEGRITY is the ESSENCE of EVERYTHING....
OG Mindanao said, "Life is a game and you cannot win if you do not know the rules."
Rules are principles. They are universal and self-evident. We need to understand them within the heart to bring about a behavioural change and then have the ability to apply them in our action.
That is the key to transformational learning.
TO BECOME DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WE ARE, WE MUST HAVE SOME AWARENESS OF WHAT WE ARE....
The one constant in life is CHANGE. Change is fundamental in the workplace to keep up with the advancement of technology.
Overtime; change in leaders; function and realignment are likely changes. Two choices are apparent, either resist the change and go into a state of denial or learn to adapt.
To be a valuable team member, we need to have a high level of awareness and alertness and be able to adapt fast. When we understand that 'I must change First' then we can see things changing around us.
CARE AS YOU AGE.....
Men in today's world are facing the same need that women have had to endure for centuries : the need to care for the appearance. Years before, if I met a guy who used proper cleanser on his face - it was a big deal; today, I may walk into a bloke's bathroom and find an avalanche of skin care products by brands that used to only endorse products for women.....
